Role & Responsibility of our Relationship Manager:

Step 1: After service activation we will assign the relationship manager.

Step 2: Relationship Manager will understand your requirement and share you the matching prospects from our database. As per schedule RM will send proposals.

Step 3: Once RM assigned he/she will send the profiles, give you call and update you regarding the proposals. Post your confirmations about the proposals, he/she will approach the bride or groom’s family on your behalf and take follow up with them unless RM gets response.

Step 4: Based on feedback RM will update.

Step 5: Monday – Friday Approach the candidates and every weekend at least one or two meetings will be scheduled based on candidates response.

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • We take only 120 days for fix up the marriage. In case the thing will not materialize company will refund 50% of your  full amount. If you wanted to continue your service will continue without any fees.
  •  
  • As per policy if your marriage will fix in your relation or from some other sources. In that case your amount will be refunded.
  •  
  • In case after getting good responses from your RM still if customer doesn’t want to continue and wanted your money to be refunded in that case service team will verify the case and justify the condition if it is applicable fo refund.
  •  
  • Your response will be highly required. Due to lack of your response also your ID will be deactivate from our end after 30 days. In that case also company will not responsible for refund your service fees.
  •  
  • If there is a delay from our end or quality of service is not satisfied as per the standard or unable to fix up marriage after getting match then based on customer’s request we will refund the amount.
  •  
  • Amount will be refunded within 12-15 working days post we receive request from customer.
  •  
  • Maintain all confidentiality till the time you give your go ahead to proceed for any of the profiles.
