How to handle the Divorced Case:
Mutual Consent Divorce
When both husband and wife are agree for taking divorce then petition of first motion is filed before family court and court gives 6 month time as cooling down period to both the party.
After 6 month parties can file for second motion to obtail full and final divorce on the basis of terms and conditions agreed between them.
Once second motion is complete, decree of divorce is granted by the court.

The Grievance officer shall be available between 10 am till 6 pm Indian Standard Time from Monday to Friday excluding saturday & Sunday and public holidays in India. The Grievance officer is appointed as per Rule 3 (11) of The Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.
